We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to expanding our business in new markets. You will assist in managing the sales pipeline, preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, and ensuring accurate reporting.
As our Business Development Associate, you'll get to:
Support business development activities and market research.
Assist in managing and organizing the sales pipeline using Salesforce.
Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with leads and prospects.
Help structure administrative tasks to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
Participate in conversations with leads and support the process until deal closure.
Collaborate on project management tasks related to new market development.
Maintain relationships with clients after onboarding.
We'd love to meet someone who:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales support, or similar roles.
Knowledge of Salesforce and ability to create impactful presentations (PowerPoint or similar).
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Spanish and English, other languages are a plus.
High attention to detail.
Strong planning and organizing skills, while maintaining high work standards and integrity.
Ability to focus and delivery with discipline.
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
